Welcome to the ADHD Playbook

Welcome to the ADHD Playbook

Infographic with a central message "You Are Here" surrounded by eight sections, each with a step number, title, and brief description, related to ADHD brain health and strategies.

This Playbook was designed for families of children with ADHD who are seeking a strengths-based, multimodal approach to understanding ADHD brains. These brains are often fast, creative, and powerful—yet they can feel stifled or misunderstood in traditional school and life settings.

The goal of the Playbook is to help parents become confident, informed leaders of their child’s care team, while reframing how children see themselves and how parents understand their child’s strengths and challenges. We focus on building insight, optimism, and practical tools.

Explore. Experiment. Have fun.
